GROUP CROSSFIT SESSIONS
This is where the magic happens. After the completion of your fundamentals program its time to step into our mainstream classes but the learning doesn’t stop here. Our highly qualified coaches will help you fine tune the skills you have already started to develop plus adding in gymnastics and conditioning.
Every athlete within the class is at a different fitness and skill level so every workout we create is adjusted to suit them individually. Every movement has a progression and every weight can and will be adjusted to reflect every athlete’s strength.
